High efficiency coalescing, dry particulate and oil vapour removal replacement filter elements for GL and GL Plus compressed air filters. Using genuine Parker Zander replacement elements is the only way to guarantee air quality and the filter's performance. The GL and GL Plus Series compressed air filter ranges contain 3 filter grades: Coalescing filter grades (ZL & XL) for the removal of water and oil aerosols, solid particulates and micro-organisms. Constructed from highly-efficient, borosilicate nano-fibre media with a voids volume of 96% ensures high dirt-holding capacity at constantly low differential pressure. Particulate retention down to 1 micron and 0.01 micron. Oil vapour removal grades (A) for the removal of oil vapour. The high-capacity filter element media, impregnated with activated carbon granulate, guarantees high affinity at constantly low differential pressure. GL and GL Plus filter elements efficiency is additionally supported by deep-pleating technology enabling 4.5 times more effective filtration surface area when compared with conventional filter elements.
