Description

These unique, high quality, high performance, low torque rising plug soft-seated valves have been specifically designed to perform with fluids containing high levels of contamination frequently found in oil and gas processing facilities. The Parker rising plug valve offers complete customer system compatibility that reduces installation time and potential leak paths. The rising plug valve operates a straight through flow path which is ideal for handling viscous fluids. The soft seat deign is tolerant of small particulates found in the media which ensures leak free operation once valve is closed - vital for system safety. Further safety features include the multi turn open and close function, with gradual opening ensuring safer operation that avoids sudden pressure surges, ultimately protecting the integrity of the system. The rising plug valve is rated to 10,000 PSI as standard, with range of end different connections, including Parker's two and single ferrule fittings. Retrofitting anti tamper devices, hand and locking wheels can all be achieved in the field. Markets: • Oil and Gas Offshore • Oil and Gas Onshore • Refining • Petrochemical • Chemical Features / Benefits: • Straight through flow path • Soft seat design ensures leak free operation • Gradual opening avoids pressure surges • Integral ended connections saves installation time Applications • Lubrication skids • Gas cylinder filling stations • Instrumentation isolation lines
