Description

With the reduction of I/O cost and ease of centralized machine design, the H Series Network Portal is suitable for use on the H Series Micro and H Series ISO valve series. Preferred connectivity is available with Rockwell CompactLogix and ControlLogix plc's. This means that the H Series Network Portal's module part numbers are listed in the Rockwell RSLogix 5000 plc software and simplifies the set-up process. With H Series ISO valves it is possible to control up to 32 Solenoids. H Series Micro bus expansion allows an additional 32 solenoids per expansion, 3 expansions maximum. There is a one meter fixed cable length per expansion. Maximum of 256 inputs and 256 outputs can be directly connected to a communication module. Optional modules that can be mounted between the communication module and the valve driver module are I/O Modules, and power extender modules. Maximum solenoids per manifold are 32 solenoids for ISO HA/HB and H Series Micro, and 24 solenoids for H1, H2, and H3. Markets: • Automotive • General Industrial • Material Handling Features/Benefits: • Used with valve series H Series Micro and H Series ISO • Available protocols: DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP and PROFIBUS-DP, ControlNet • I/O options: Digital or analog inputs and outputs, , 32 solenoid control, bus expansion, or preferred connectivity • Bus expansion: H Series Micro only can be expanded up to 128 solenoid coils • Max I/O per node: 256 inputs and 256 outputs per node • Max coils per manifold: Up to 32 solenoids per manifold for ISO HA HB and H Series Micro, and up to 24 solenoids for H1, H2, and H3
