Parker’s UTS Universal Tilt Sensors with Gyroscope communicate angle of tilt, pitch, and roll information using SAE J1939 CAN bus protocol. They are engineered with MEMs devices for reliability and built to withstand rugged applications.
Parker Electronic Controls Division Universal Tilt Sensor with Gyroscopic Compensation (UTS-G) is an inertial tilt sensor for mobile vehicles and other applications. The UTS-G is a 3-axis, ±90 degree, micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) tilt sensor with gyroscope compensation that communicates over J1939 CAN bus protocol and can be used to indicate the level position in many dynamic mobile hydraulic applications. The sensors have a high level of EMI immunity for trouble-free operation.
A single corrosion-proof package with no moving components gives the sensors the ability to withstand rugged applications. The spin weld design combined with an integrated sealed connector gives the sensors IP68 and IP69k for best-in-class ingress protection for outdoor applications.
Electronic Motion and Controls Division UTS-G eliminates the need for redundant sensors by offering three (3) axis outputs lowering your total spend on an electronic controls system solution.
