Description

MPS-33 pressure sensors have two independent PNP or NPN outputs with an additional 1-5 VDC analogue output. The MPS-33 have a red LED pressure display for visual monitoring. Sensors can be used to monitor vacuum pressure and up to 10 bar. MPS-33 pressure sensors have two independent open collective transistor type outputs with an additional 1-5 VDC analogue output. Each sensor displays the pressure reading on a Red, LED display panel and includes a two meter grommet lead wire for electrical connection. Solid state outputs are available in PNP or NPN. Sensors can be used to monitor vacuum pressure and up to 10 bar. Applications for pressure sensors are numerous and important in today's high-tech manufacturing environment. Outputs can be programmed normally passing or non-passing and in either Hysteresis Mode or Window Comparative Modes. In Hysteresis Mode, the user sets the switch point and reversing point. In Window Comparator Mode, the user sets the high and low pressure band of operation. In addition to electrical outputs, these sensors have additional programming options that can be integrated into the system logic for additional benefits. Choose the best pressure sensor for the application based on pressure range, output type and additional programming options. Markets • Factory automation • Machine tools • Miscellaneous industrial • Moulding • Packaging machinery • Printing & marking equipment • Vehicle assembly facilities Features/Benefits • Sensor output: 2 NPN or PNP open collector Transistor output, 30VDC, 125mA with Analog output, 1 to 5VDC • Output response time less than 2.0 milliseconds • RoHS • Air and non-corrosive gas
