Description

Parker OE Series thermostatic expansion valves are designed for use on Air Conditioning and Refrigeration units. They regulate refrigerant flow by maintaining a nearly constant superheat at the evaporator outlet. The Parker OE Series thermostatic expansion valve utilizes balanced port construction to provide optimum operation on medium to large tonnage air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Two brass body styles with copper ODF connections and a removable thermostatic power element provide the stability and control required in a variety of applications, especially where there are wide changes in load conditions. Body Style 1 (Small O) has a R-22 nominal capacity up to 30 tons, while Body Style 2 (Large O) extends the capacity to 70 tons R-22.
