Description

Parker's Exactol® Model 424 Crank-Operated Bender will bend tube from size 4 (1/4”) through size 24 (1 1/2”) and 6mm through 38mm. This portable bender can be held in a vise or bench mounted using a bench mounting adapter. Exactol benders are designed with a worm-gear drive with a 60 to 1 gear ratio to allow accurate bending with minimum effort. Features/Benefits: • Will bend aluminum, copper, annealed steel and annealed stainless steel without kinks or wrinkles. • Small, large and close bend radius blocks are available to meet any bending requirement. • The easy crank operation permits continuous production without excessive operator fatigue, and it good for use in tube fabrication shops, in the field or in factory maintenance departments. Applications: • Bending metal tube for industrial applications Technical Characteristics: • Requires a slide block and radius block matching the tube O.D. to be bent. • If mandrels are used, the 424 bender must be bench mounted. • There is a kit option available which includes the slide block and radius blocks for tube O.D. sizes ¼” to 1 1/2”.
