Description

Parker's Hydra-Tool is an efficient, dependable hydraulic machine for flaring and pre-setting steel and stainless steel tube. The hydraulic push of the Hydra-Tool requires little physical strength by the operator and produces uniform flares and pre-sets. Markets: • Construction • Military Ground Systems • Aerial Lift • Agriculture • Material Handling • Military Marine • Machine Tool • Transportation • Alternative Energy • Off-Shore/Oil & Gas Features/Benefits: • Flaring: A gauge can be provided to enable the operator to determine the pressure required to adequately flare any given material and wall thickness. • Pre-setting: The positive stop body die design for pre-setting eliminates the need for predetermined relief valve settings, pressure gauges or chart reading, and allows for uniform assemblies to be made. • Portable bench or cart mounted machine. • Flares steel and stainless steel tube from ¼” up to 2” O.D. with wall thicknesses as great as .134”, and 6mm up to 50mm O.D. • Pre-sets steel and stainless steel tube from ¼” up to 2” O.D., and 6mm to 28mm. Applications: • Flaring steel and stainless steel tube for 37° or 45° flare connections and pre-setting Parker ferrules onto steel and stainless steel tube, both for industrial and mobile hydraulic applications Technical Characteristics: • An electric or hand hydraulic pump is required to run this machine, and is sold separately. • Flaring die sets and other tooling are available in nonstandard sizes upon request from the factory.
