TheTHS line features the cross movement of the column carrying the milling head. The machining center THS 120 features a T-shaped structure solution, where the column moves transversely, the longitudinal table and the vertical head-saddle. A wide range of solutions is offered starting from mechanical power spindles up to 2 continuous axis working heads with motion-spindles. The possibility of installing rotary tables for milling and/or turning, allows to exploit the machine in all industrial sectors, from moulds and die to who provide machining for third parties for aeronautics, general mechanics and energy sectors. The machine is equipped with a automatic tool changer that can be configured and positioned outside the working field. The integral enclosure with large front opening allows easy access to the work area and at the same time wide protection for the external environment and safety for the operator. Wide possibility of palletizing with different solutions and/or integrations to flexible production systems.
