Acid digestion vessel 4748 series

The 4748 Vessel is specifically designed to provide an excellent quality performance and functionality. It is considered as the biggest of all the Parr acid digestion vessels. It is built with a 125 mL with a PTFE cup in a stainless steel body with 6 cap screws in the screw cap to cover the flanged PTFE cup. The expandable wave spring remains its continuous pressure on the cover of the device in the event of a cooling cycle once the PTFE parts leak and relax. The stirring process is built with a magnetic stir bar. The safety rupture disc located on top of the PTFE cup blow out by the use of an opening in the vessel head once the pressure reaches the 3500 psi range.
