Application: Solder Paste and SMD Glue Print Go series provides a level of touchscreen programmability and parameter control to assure quality and repeatibility of results as by in-line SMT Printers. Dual LCD display provides a detail view through the stencil appertures into the solder pads on the PCB for precise manual X, Y, Theta adjustment. Programmable separation speed assures perfect print for any solder paste. Robust mechanical design mitigates any stencil vibration. Once separation distance is passed, the table accelerates to the parking position and quickly finishes the print cycle. Optimal print speed assures correct paste deposition volume. Programmable print stroke saves time and solder paste especially during quick product changeovers. Adjustable Print Pressure is important by screen printing applications. Production mode of the squeegees is either in the Up position or the Down position within the frame envelope. Up position is designed to keep the solder paste consistent and ready for repeated or next print. Changover position allows stencil change without need of sqeegee blades removal. Easy opening with pneumatic servo system that stops at any angle. Independent of the frame weight or squeegee head position, upper frame can be lifted with minimal effort.
