PCH 1072 Mk2 can be configured for surveillance of dynamic vibration, along with GAP measurements. A dynamic vibration signal is provided, as well as the actual GAP measurement, which can be delivered through DC outputs to a central controller.
In addition to this, the monitor comes with four relays, which are freely configurable for GAP alarms and vibrations, while for optimal adjustment of the GAP detection and integrated sensitivity, customers can use the PCH Vibration Studio software provided, which offers an integrated GAP calibration tool. The PCH 1072/1046 (4-Channel) device is known for being a high-quality proximity monitor at an affordable cost.
The monitor is targeted for use with applications such as monitoring water, gas turbines, steam and various other machines that require on-line vibration monitoring, based on proximity probes. Finally, the manufacturer has also equipped the monitor with no less than four vibration channels, with one optional extra channel being available as well.
