SAT model is also available with trunnion ball construction, this is the best design of PENTA to solve the widest range of uses. It is designed to offer the maximum reliability using unique technical solutions in the market. Like all PENTA products, SAT valves are equipped with metallic seats in PENTAFITE to allow the manufacturing of metal seated ball valves with absolutely ZERO LEAKAGE suitable for a wide range of services with working temperatures up to 780°C (1436°F) in continuous operation or 720 bars pressure. The typical elastic properties of PENTAFITE seats and the fully bolted construction allow an easy maintenance without necessity of additional lapping of the seats against the ball. Hard coated seats are also available. Trunnion high ­temperature valve is bidirectional, provided with automatic body cavity pressure relief arrangement and it is Double Block and Bleed. On demand, we can produce valves with double acting piston seats or with a single­double acting combination. Live Loaded Design stem packing. The stem can be produced in three different lengths in order to avoid the overheating of the operator (actuator or gearbox).
