The Dropover is a weighted rope laying device designed to facilitate the passage of rope over conductors, or other objects. Its use is simple: after arming the mechanism by attaching a weighted rope to the Dropover, simply place it on the conductor and pull the pole down to release the weighted snap hook, which will gravity-feed the rope to the other side.
