The L-in laser marking system is an automatic system for CBN grinding wheels and workpieces of similar shape from various materials. Characteristics of the basic system: • Laser Class 1 through closed housing • 14 workpiece carriers for taking the discs up to Dia. 250mm • Generous, automatic loading with pull-out table for manual loading with discs up to Dia. 750mm • Pull-out table allows manual loading/removal by means of load hoist (crane) • Connection to ERP systems by standard interface • Generous laser Protection window for process observation Solid Construction:  All components are integrated in the robust design in industrial design. The automatic system for laser engraving and laser marking has a specially developed transport system. The workpieces can be manually placed on the transfer system and positioned or equipped with a robot or "pick and place" gripper. The orders are scanned by the barcode reader from the running slip. The editing program is called and all machine settings are automatically made. An integrated vision system can optionally be used to adapt the label to the position of the workpiece to be labelled and thus to carry out very precise labels. The system is additionally equipped with a generous, automatic loading, which allows the manual loading of workpieces up to a diameter of 750mm on the pull-out table. Depending on the optics used, the label window is up to 300 x 300 mm in size.
