The XL laser workstation LG 500 is the solution for marking very large workpieces or a large number of small workpieces. The optionally available function module Double extension table increases productivity with smaller workpieces through simultaneous placement/removal and thus represents an alternative to rotary table laser systems. Where the LG300 model reaches its limits, the LG500 model expands the possibilities. The processing of very voluminous, bulky parts is child's play thanks to the large laser room. It also offers the possibility, for example, of operating several function modules in parallel. A combination of CardMaker for type plates and Labelmaker for foils ensures unparalleled flexibility in production. Furthermore, the system can also be equipped with the double extension table, similar to the LG300 model. The concept of the double extract table offers various advantages over rotary table systems: • Larger reception area for high load capacity • Rectangular table tops compared to the "pie piece" in the turntable • With tables pushed in, the entire table support 1500 x 500mm is available
