The SG200 Weld welding laser system offers an easy introduction to laser welding. You can process small and medium-sized workpieces in a cost-effective and space-saving way. The SG200 Weld laser system takes up approximately one m² including the mandatory, special laser smoke extraction. In combination with the programmable scanner unit, the SG200 Weld is ideally suited for scanner welding of various materials. The compact and user-optimised seated workstation is designed for long-term industrial use. By using a scan head, welding can be carried out dynamically at various process points within the processing field. This reduces non-productive time to an absolute minimum. Numerous other advantages besides the high flexibility speak for the use of this modern concept. Any strength-related welding pattern can be applied to the components to be welded without additional movement of the workpiece or the welding head. The inline camera looks directly at the workpiece surface via the mirrors without any loss of accuracy or distortion as would be the case with an offline camera.
