The laser system is the fully automatic solution in laser class 1 for series marking of small parts by means of an integrated oscillating conveyor. Alternatively, the system can be used with manual loading/unloading for laser marking of large workpieces.

A vibratory bowl feeder (vibratory feeder, spiral feeder, vibratory bowl etc.) is used for feeding workpieces and industrial bulk parts in the correct position.
In a driven sorting upper part, the workpieces are conveyed on a circular spiral and fed to the laser system in the correct position using various arrangement devices.
Suitable for numerous workpieces such as washers, bolts, sleeves, caps made of metal or plastic.

In the basic version, all supply units for the laser, the controlled Z-axis and an extraction unit integrated in the control system are integrated in the housing.

A large CE-certified laser protection window (protective filter) enables visual process observation.
