The PERI UP Steel staircases are assembled using stringers and individual stair treads. The 10-legged stair tower with heights of up to 50 m is designed for a load of up to 3.0 kN/m². With 100 cm or 125 cm step widths and separate landings, the site staircase is ideally suited for large numbers of users.
High load-bearing capacity
Designed for loads of 3.00 kN/m² for a run of staircase and landing of 20 m
With conveniently-sized widths
Sufficient space for site personnel to pass each other, transport of materials and stretchering injured persons
Erection without the use of tools
The stringers are mounted first followed by the steps which interlock during installation without requiring additional components
Staircases comprised of stringers and individual stair treads with 100 cm or 125 cm widths (clear stair widths of 96 cm or 121 cm)
Can be used as staircase units in the same direction or alternating staircase units with 2.00 m up to 50.00 m assembly heights
Ground plan: 2.00 m x 4.00 m (Staircase Steel 100) or 2.50 m x 5.00 m (Staircase Steel 125)
Permissible loads:
Loads on flights of stairs and landing platforms: the permissible live load is p = 3.0kN/m2
Loads on stair tower: A stair tower consists of several flights of stairs and landing platforms, which are arranged above one another like a tower. The permissible live load of the stair tower is 40.0kN which is evenly distributed on all legs (in accordance with NFP 93-522) or p = 2.00kN/m2 For a maximum length of 20 linear metres (16 linear metres for 1.25m wide staircase).
