The NexSAR™ HPLC, is a next-generation Speciation Analysis Ready system engineered with a completely inert and metal-free fluid path, enabling laboratories to meet low chromatographic background requirements on the most challenging speciation applications. Plus, it is fully customizable, with the flexibility to select only the parts that you need for your application(s). This system is part of the NexSAR HPLC-ICP-MS Speciation Solution, which couples the NexSAR HPLC with our revolutionary NexION® ICP-MS and is seamlessly integrated using the proven Clarity™ software. Let’s take a look at the individual components: NexSAR 200 Inert HPLC Pump: engineered to deliver pulse-free and quiet baselines, with a fluid path that is completely metal-free and composed of inert materials. NexSAR Inert/Cooled Inert HPLC Autosampler: also has a metal-free and inert fluid path and is available in either cooled or non-cooled configurations, where the non-cooled is fully upgradeable to the cooled configuration/version. NexSAR Solvent Tray: ergonomically designed to reduce cavitation and store solvent bottles in an inert holder, preventing leaks or spillages from damaging the rest of the system. Optional three-channel NexSAR Degasser and Solvent Tray: allows degassing of up to three different solvents, minimizing the risk of air bubbles from entering the system, which would otherwise affect pump and column performance. Optional NexSAR HPLC Switching Valve: also with a metal-free and inert fluid path, this unit is able to divert the mobile phase away from the detector, enabling you to tune the ICP-MS at the same time as equilibrating your column.
