The tree rolls rounding machine in electronic version (RME) have proven over decades their high flexbility and reliability for professional craft and industry. By the three-roller bending machines the rounding process happens by the electrically driven upper and lower roll. The single-stage motor is operated via a double foot switch for forward- and backward move. Adjusting the desired tube diameter is carried out manually by the screw adjustment of the back roll and is supported by a mechanical display. With fully automatic machine version, the back roll is also driven. The roll diameter ranges from 20 mm to 120 mm and the length of just over 200 mm to about 2.5 m. The rollers are arranged asymmetrically. Quick and easy removal of the finished tubes is facilitated by the forward swing-top roll. Depending on the dimension, the rolls have a spherical shape. The machine can also be equipped with hardened, ground or rubberized rollers.
