Description

Overall Enchanted resolution & the ability to obtain metal loss reading on a conventional type ER or LPR Probe Offering in a single product package the new DCI integrates ER measurement and LPR/ZRA loggers and transmitters into a single basic circuit board. The IP66 housing is to housed all four possible versions between ER/LPR and between loggers and transmitters. Model DCI's micro controller electronic circuit is powered by battery pack with a minimum lifetime of approximate 180 days. Logger Version : Data logger version is available with two option i.e. Single Channel & Four Channel. Measurement Period can be programmed. Data is stored on board back-up by Li-Battery for later retrieval. Data stored in memory can be downloaded using a handheld up-loader Model KSHHU to a KS-Corrosion Monitoring Software (KS-CMS), which can be linked or integrated to any software Database such as Amulet for further analysis with other process data. Transmitter Version : DCI is capable of transmitting data to control room via either ASCII RS-262/RS-485 or analog 4-20 mA current loop. The 4-20 mA transmitter version, only corrosion metal loss data is transmitted (without time and temperature stamp data). Single or multiple DCI transmitter is connected to an integrated KS•Corrosion Monitoring Software (KS-CMS) which can be linked to any Software Database currently in used such as Amulet Software. Setup on preliminary Installation for new probe can be done by using portable corrosion Data Logger Model KSHHU or direct to PC on Safe Area.
