RS type COMBIDISC abrasive discs are exceptionally well-suited for weld dressing of backwards repair welds, e.g. in cases, slots and grooves on engines and for processing welded-on combustor plates. Recommendations for use Use COMBIDISC midget fibre discs with an abrasive disc holder on flexible shaft drives with an angle handpiece, or small compressed-air or electric angle grinders. Use grinding oil that is suitable for the material in order to significantly increase the tool life and the abrasive performance of the tools. Move the tool to the location to be worked. To grind, do not push it onto the surface, pull it towards yourself. To ensure optimum utilization of the grinding surface, use the SBHR 20 or SBHR 25 abrasive disc holder. Always use the RS abrasive discs at the specified optimum rotational speed and do not take the maximum permitted rotational speeds of the SBHR 20 or SBHR 25 holder as the basis.
