Our unique patented metal check system Flex Connect guarantees a completely closed Dust Tight transfer from deduster to drum with no tri-clamp solution.
The unit is generally equipped with a metal particle detector. Three different detectors are available per customer’s choice: Lock, Ceia, and Safeline. As metal particle detectors are sensitive to vibrations, the vibrating parts of the deduster are isolated from the steady parts by our Flex Connect components. This allows to reach optimal accuracy such as a spherical 316L stainless steel part of 0,4 mm in the products. A smart system allows us to introduce test samples inside the metal check head without contact between the operator and the product.
Metal check parameters are monitored through an integration of the original software of the metal check supplier inside the central machine HMI.
There are 5 different conveying dedusting heights available, from 500 mm to 1500mm.
Thanks to sophisticated engineering, this Dust Tight unit can be easily transformed into a “C” Containment or “HC” High Containment with washable execution.
