The PHCbi MGD-RP1001-PE is a state-of-the-art real-time PCR analysis device designed for gene expression analysis and genetic testing. It offers high quantitation, reproducibility, and speed, making it ideal for molecular biology labs.
With a rapid reaction time of 30 minutes, it enhances lab efficiency. The device supports 2-step and 3-step PCR processes and is compatible with fast PCR kits. Its optical system detects all 96 wells simultaneously, ensuring uniformity. Equipped with four fluorescence filters (FAM, HEX, ROX, and Cy5), it supports SYBR® green detection and various fluorescence-labeled probes.
Temperature control is precise, thanks to a Peltier element, with heating up to 5.9°C/sec and cooling up to 4.9°C/sec. The user-friendly software allows easy setup, sample management, and data analysis, supporting absolute and relative quantification, SNP genotyping, and +/- decision assays.
