The MD CUT is a machine designed for intensive cutting in thicknesses < to 50 mm (on the format table) in high definition. It owns an ultra-resistant structure. • Welded frame and one-piece structure • Machined frame and beams • Kinematics by linear guiding type INA (present on water jet and laser tables) and transmission by racks and pinions • Motorization by 4 Brushless motors with incremental coder Panasonic or HDT: with automatic adjustment of the mechanical float. • Qualitative precision reducer • Table weight: 3 tons • Removable steel slag tank (extraction by exhaustion hatches on the machine side) • Removable grating slides mounted on frame • The table is equipped with an integrated fumes exhaustion tank with pneumatic sections • Edges facilitating the sheets positioning • Small parts recovery grid
