The PRO JET water jet cutting table is a welded structure machine with reliable precision, combining quality and long lifetime, thanks to its special design made to minimize the machine wear due to the hostile environment with abrasive cutting. The PRO JET water jet cutting system is constituted of a high thickness welded frame with machined guiding bearings (DUAL GENTRY model – Double axis X or Y). The access to the loading of the cutting table can be done by 2 sides of the machine. It can be equipped with 1 to 4 cutting heads and various tools (drilling and milling machines). It is equipped with prismatic linear rails and transmission by ball screws on all axes. It is motorized by 4 “brushless” motors with YASKAWA-OMRON incremental encoder. Its axes are entirely protected by protective casings against abrasive spraying and its automatic lubrication system facilitates the maintenance. The PRO JET well achieved designed and the use of top range components allows to minimize the machine wear coming from an hostile environment with hydro-abrasive cutting and to guarantee a reliable precision while running with low production costs.
