Description

The MULTI JET water jet cutting table is a production machine that can include up to 5 cutting heads with manual or motorized spacing and 2 working stations to produce in masked time. It is possible to forecast as an option a placing system with video projector for cutting of non uniform raw shapes. It is a machine especially designed for pure water jet cutting of prototypes, samples and large series in tender materials (leather, rubber, seals, foams). The system integrates the cutting unit, the fog exhaustion, the electrical cabinet and the 50 to 150 Hp pump 4137 bar. The machine is constituted of a welded frame and two drawer-tables. The beam is motorized in X, Y and Z axis with rack transmission and prismatic linear guiding. The beam is machined designed, holding the high performance Accustream pneumatic cutting heads – pure water with diamond nozzle The material to be cut is set on the first plate (holding an aluminium honeycomb plate) which is transferred to the cutting zone while the second plate is replaced in the loading/unloading zone. The cutting zone is entirely protected by grids and electromagnetic locking. The machine is controlled from a remote control panel equipped with: Control system 8 axes in real time based on Industrial PC and Man/machine interface with Windows SEVEN
