DESCRIPTION XSJ20T-3840-*CA-G43 is designed for optical communication system up to 10Gbps data rate. It consists of a high-performance APD, a TIA (transimpedance amplifier) and chip capacitors for decoupling of power supply. These chips and components are assembled into a hermetically-sealed package with lens cap and 5-pin TO46 header. FEATURES ● High sensitivity 10G Avalanche Photodiode. ● Typical sensitivity value -27.5dBm@BER=1E-12, -33dBm@BER=1E-3. ● 5-pin TO46 with short lens-cap hermetically sealed package. ● Qualified based on the standards MIL-STD-883 and GR-468-CORE.
