Spectroradiometer PR-740 / PR-745 SpectraScan®

The PR-740 (spectral range 380 780 nm) and PR-745 (spectral range 380 1080 nm) SpectraScan spectroradiometers have the two most wanted attributes of any light measuring instrumentsuperior sensitivity and speed. These two world class instruments also introduce a new feature to the SpectraScan linevariable spectral bandwidth. Most self-scanning spectroradiometers feature a single system bandwidth. The Variable Bandwidth option provides three bandwidths that can be selected from the instrument menu or from a PC using Remote Mode Commands or SpectraWin 2 software. Bandwidth sizes include 2, 4 and 8 nm for the PR-740 or 4, 8 and 14 nm for the PR-745. This option is especially useful when it is necessary to resolve the spectral profile of narrow band sources with more precision (using a smaller bandwidth) or get more throughput for broadband sources (using a larger bandwidth) without changing instruments.
