The linescan highspeed camera series was developed for demanding applications in machine vision, such as industrial surface inspection, rail and road, printing, wood and battery inspection.
The MV8-L8320-G03-CP camera model is equipped with a Gpixel GL0816 high speed multi line color and monochrome sensor and has a CXP-12 interface with up to 4 channels which supports a line rate of up to 400'000 lps. Power is supplied via Power over CXP (PoCXP) or via the 17-pin M12 I/O connector. The camera is equipped with extensive I/O interfaces that can be configured for the TTL, RS422, HTL and dHTL interface standards. The camera provides a full shaft encoder which allows a precise triggering of the camera. All I/O's are galvanically decoupled from the camera electronics and the electrical interface is specially designed for high robustness. The camera is fully GenICam compliant, which allows a smooth and easy integration into the application. The camera is equipped with a huge set of pixel pre-processing, such as dynamic offset correction, fix pattern noise correction, binning feature and a line combine and delay capability to optimize the performance of the system.
