Portable Field Instrument for UV254 measurement as well as surrogate results for TOC, DOC, COD, BOD etc The Dip Probe can be used anywhere. It can be submerged in a river, lake, shoreline, caisson or well for quick readings or fixed in an open channel for continuous measurement. For handheld application, the Dip Probe is connected to a portable display unit. The unit has a modern interface. It keeps up to 10 years of data, which can easily be transferred in an Excel compatible format. The Dip Probe comes with a light shield to remove the negative effects of ambient light on the measurement. The probe can be configured with various materials (Aluminium, Stainless Steel or Titanium) and various path lengths (2, 5, 10, 20 or 50 mm) dependent upon the water quality.
