The equipment consists of an aluminum structure on feet in which the following units are applied: – a pneumatic pressing cylinder – a manually sliding trolley with a template for inserting the parts to be assembled – a two-hand command for starting the work cycle; – a pneumatic control panel – the equipment takes about 3 sec. to carry out the work cycle. – dimensions: cm. 100 x 60 x H120 – weight: 50 Kg – pneumatic supply 5 bar The operator inserts the parts into the template, then pushes the trolley towards the inside of the equipment, and finally presses the two-hand control to execute the work cycle .
