CONTROL GAS VALVES Synchroflux Synchroflux valves are bypass and throttling devices suitable for use with previously treated, non-aggressive gaseous fluids. The main characteristics of these valves are: • Top-entry body suitable for flanged coupling; • A soft insert on the valve seats for better tightness; • Balanced shutter for easier opening and closing; • Possibility of incorporating silencer; blocking valve; • Second shutter in series with main shutter. Functional features: ¢ Maximum inlet pressure: Up to 102 bar ¢ Minimum working differential pressure: 0,5 bar ¢ Minimum ambient temperature: Execution up to -40°C, ¢ Maximum ambient temperature: +60°C ¢ Inlet gas temperature: Up to -20°C + 60°C, ¢ Lock-up pressure class SG: Up to 2,5 Design feature: ¢ Nominal dimensions DN: 25 (1”); 50 (2”); 80 (3”); 100 (4”); 150 (6”); 200 (8”). ¢ Flanged connections: Class 150-300-600 RF or RTJ, according to ANSI B16.5 and PN 16 according to UNI EN 1092 or ISO 7005.
