Roll and Bun Bread Line The double line is suitable for production ofrolls, hot dogs, and hamburgers. The double rows production line is composed of: a4- 5-6rows divider androunder with weight range from 25 to 220 g, intermediate proofer from 6 to 70 minutes, moulder, pinning unit and snap belt. Thanks to the possibility to divide into two parts the line after the proofer, the plant can produce pièces up to 250 mm long.
