Description

Roll and Bun Bread Line The double line is suitable for production ofrolls, hot dogs, and hamburgers. The double rows production line is composed of: a4- 5-6rows divider androunder with weight range from 25 to 220 g, intermediate proofer from 6 to 70 minutes, moulder, pinning unit and snap belt. Thanks to the possibility to divide into two parts the line after the proofer, the plant can produce pièces up to 250 mm long. Strong points • 4-5-6 rows numbe • From 76 to 27 stroke per minute • Production from 1000 to 1600 pièces per row * • 4 rows from 100 to 220 g * • 5 rows from 40 to 130 g * • 6 rows from 25 to 80 g* The proofer is provided in 2 versions of 6 and 10 minutes and production of 1200 pièces per row. * The hourly production and the weight range may vary according to the dough consistency.
