Automatic line for the production of round and long bread loaves with a raw weight of up to 1,200 g and a production rate of up to 1,200 pieces/hour.
It consists of a drum-type volumetric dough divider (no stress type), a tapered rounding machine, a 256-pocket ECP prover and a long-loaf machine with a useful width of 71 cm.
This line is designed to produce round bread, long loaves, sliced bread, and baguettes.
Line to produce baguettes and tin bread from 200 to 1200 g. The line is composed of a divider, conical roun-der, proofer and long loaf moulder.
Thanks to the use of different proovers sizes from 180, 256, 320 and 400 pockets, the plant can produce up to 2400 pièces per hour.
The plant can be supplied with a stress free dough "V" type divider or an oil free “OMEGA" type divider.
