Automatic line for the production of round and long bread loaves with a raw weight of up to 1,200 g and a production rate of up to 2,400/hour.
It consists of a feeder hopper powered by a lifting and tilting device, a weight-chamber type volumetric dough divider with lubrication-free cutting device, a tapered rounding machine, a 400 pocket ECP prover and a long-loaf machine with a useful width of 50 cm.
This line is designed to produce round bread, long loaves and sliced bread.
