Piezo LEGS® Linear LS15 piezo motor
Linear motor: This motor has an unattached drive rod and is made for easy of mounting on the side of a linear stage and delivers up to 15N of force.
The housing comes in two versions. A non-magnetic alloy to suit applications where the slightest magnetism can disturb sensitive equipment and a stainless-steel version that is suitable for vacuum applications.
It has direct drive with no backlash and can microstep in the sub-nano millimeter range. Full force power-off locking is a safety function inherent to the design.
Designed for vacuum and non-magnetic environments.
