The PXY Series by Piezosystem Jena is an XY nanopositioning stage which is used to compromised piezo electric actuators into a flexure hinges systems. With these assembly, it enables the unit to work under a dynamic conditions having a nanometer accuracy. It comes with a travel range of about 700 microns per axes. Also, it is equipped with an integrated feedback control designed for long term stability and sub-nanometer accuracy.
