PILOUS hydraulic metal bandsaw ARG 300 PLUS H is a universal bandsaw with a hydraulic lifting of the bandsaw arm, the feed into the cut occurs by own gravity of the arm while a continuous control by means of the oil damper throttle valve is possible. The high sturdiness and stability of the bandsaw cast-iron arm supplied with saw band 27x0,9mm enables the cutting of full materials and high quality materials. Very high, continuously adjustable range of sawing angels 60° right and 45° left is optimal for comfortable material parting for fitter´s constructions. Hydraulic unit enables the automatic lifting of saw arm after cut is finished. The arm lifting height is adjustable according to sawn material dimension. Feed into the cut is done by the own weight of the saw arm with the possibility of continuous regulation by regulation valve of the oil damper. Material clamping and feed is manual, two speed regulation of bandsaw blade (35 and 70m/min).
