Description
The Bicone mixer body consists of two cones joined at their bases by a cylindrical section. The axis of rotation is perpendicular to the axis of the cones and crosses the cylindrical section. The two side benches house the motor and support the mixing body.
The solid is introduced through the loading mouth. The mixture is discharged by means of a hermetically sealed butterfly valve with manual or automatic opening.
APPLICATIONS
The double cone type mixer produces a homogeneous mixture of solids. The mixing process is a common operation in manufacturing for the sanitary, food, chemical, cosmetics, detergents, fertilisers and plastics industries.
