Pirobloc supplies mobile boiler rooms including all necessary components for its operation. Fuel and electricity are only required for use. Our mobile mobile rooms are available for sale or rental and they can be built in 10, 20 or 40 foot containers. The container is supplied with its ventilation, air conditioning, thermal insulation and lighting. A natural gas detection system is also provided. The expansion tank can be assembled both outdoors and inside the container depending on the available space. The images show 2 x 1200 kW hot oil heaters assembled in a 40′ container. The boilers are connected in a single circuit so that a total power of 2400kW is available in the plant. The mobile boiler room is supplied complete with their electric cabinets, circulation pumps, valves, filters, safety devices, flues, expansion tank and degasser, as well as all the components necessary for the operation of a complete boiler room. The entire thermal oil system has already been tested and run both mechanically and electrically in our facilities, so you have an authentic mobile room of complete boilers which need only fuel and electricity to begin operation. The container is supplied with its corresponding ventilation, air conditioning, thermal insulation and lighting. A natural gas detection system is also provided.
