Drum Viscomat Gear is an oil transfer kit, available in AC and DC versions, suitable for workshops with demanding work paces that need to dispense oil to the tanks of vehicles quickly and safely. The oil transfer pump kit includes the PIUSI Viscomat Gear pump, the Easy Oil or Easy K400 dispensing nozzle and the K400 digital flow meter. PRACTICAL AND SIMPLE TO USE The Drum Viscomat Gear portable oil transfer unit is suitable for the transfer of oil at medium-high viscosity, guaranteeing a practical and simple use. Drum Viscomat Gear is easy to connect to the drum, thanks to the 2" quick coupling and consists of a telescopic suction pipe for direct connection and a specific housing, located near the pump, to ensure a clean use of the dispenser during dispensing. RELIABLE OVER TIME Oil is a type of fluid that is characterized by a higher viscosity, compared to other types of liquids, and that needs to be transferred by a reliable and safe oil transfer kit. The PIUSI Viscomat Gear oil pump is an electric gear pump capable of supporting a thick oil with a medium-high viscosity. To ensure greater reliability, the gear rotor - instead of a vane one - ensures a resistance of up to 500 cSt of viscosity, and therefore greater strength in the transfer phase. With a flow rate of up to 9 l/min, the Drum Viscomat Gear oil transfer kit is the most suitable solution for workshops that need a fast oil dispensing system for their demanding work paces, but at the same time want a quality product reliable over time.
