PivaPunch Punching Center for blanks including a programmable punching station designed for standard Thick Turret type tooling set in quick change tool cassettes, manages different hole patterns and part lengths. It is a fully automated punching center including loading of pre-cut blanks and stacking of punched parts Pre-cut blanks are automatically loaded from pallets in front of the CNC punching press. After referencing, the blank is fed for punching with two clamp feeders, one on each side of the punching press.Punched blanks are either stacked on pallets or transported straight to the bending center.The PCB125 is designed for work pieces 1 200 to 3 000 mm long and up to 1 250 mm wide.
