Two CNC punching presses designed for Thick Turret tooling are set up in series for complete part manufacturing of products with complex and large corners, embossing, louvers, knock outs and for reduced cycle times. In these applications PivaPunch Punching Center for Coils includes: - A press for versatile CNC punching (type TT and TTi with autoindex) using standard Thick Turret Tooling of size A to E or A to F and - Another press for versatile CNC punching and forming using standard large Thick Turret tooling of size F and dedicated tools for large openings, fixed hole patterns and forming.
