Description
Toilet flush water tank frames made of 1 mm galvanized and pre-painted steel are punched and bent from the Coil, fixing parts and nuts are clinched in two Tox-presses.
Punching press has 2 000 kN tonnage, programmable ram driven by servomotor & planetary gear screws.
The U-profiles (80 to 170 mm wide) are bent in two wing formers which are driven by electrical drives.
