V-Groove Urethane Wheels can be manufactured from various materials for your application and may be machined to almost any shape to match rolling surfaces. For example on tracks, angle-iron, and any other riding surface. We can duplicate your existing v-groove urethane wheels or we can reinvent the wheel for your custom v-groove urethane wheels specification. When we recoat your existing polyurethane v-groove wheel most cases it is less expensive than an original replacement. Urethane is more durable than many OEM materials such as rubber and plastic. At Plan Tech we can also design and the make core that we will then blast with a high-pressure blast and apply a high strength bond. With Plan Tech’s high-tech bonding process our material is chemically bonded to the hub or wheel for high load and high-stress applications. We can also fabricate the core to incorporate a mechanical bond adding in bond strength for high load applications. Polyurethane functions well in standard temperatures ranging from -20°F to +170°F ideal for most applications. With a full line of post-secondary operations, we can finish and assemble your wheels to meet tight tolerances specifications.
