Description

High-temperature axial fans. Used in installations where the temperature of the flowing air can reach up to +105°C. Equipped with a special motor and impeller. Designed for continuous operation at high temperatures. • Operating temperatures: from -20 to +105°C • Installed motor powers: 0.37 – 5.5kW • Motor speeds: 3000, 1500,min-1 • Rotor material: vanes – glass fibre reinforced polyamide, hub – aluminium • Motors equipped with closed bearings, maintenance-free • Steel housings • Corrosion protected housing – powder coating • Special executions: • Motors fitted with grease nipples to relubricate bearings • Housing thermal insulation • Fan diameters up to a maximum of Ø2000mm • Housing: • Perfectly round, machined from structural sheet steel. Equipped on both sides with flanges rolled from the casing shell and provided with connection holes • Bolted or welded motor shelf • Protected against corrosion by powder coating. Painted in colour RAL 9005 (black) • Housing optional: • Corrosion protection by hot-dip galvanising • Housing made of stainless steel, grade 1.4301 • Aluminium enclosure • Inspection hatch • Painted in another RAL colour
