Description

Vibrating channel dosing units are now fundamental in many plastic material processing activities: they weigh and regulate the exact percentage of each component added to the process. The DVM vibrating channel dosing units series was designed for the automatic and precise dosing of masters, additives and plastic granules and flakes for the single- and double-screw extrusion industry. The dosing unit includes: a strong and compact structure that can support 2 to 8 dosing stations; stations installed on vibrating channel load cells in sizes varying from 50mm to 300 mm, allowing for extremely precise dosing operations; Pneumatic butterfly and knife slide gates ranging from 100mm to 300mm in diameter; S7 300 Siemens PLC with a dedicated weighing board and a colour touch screen operator interface. THE ADDED VALUE: Optimisation Quick colour change with fast cleaning, thanks to free access to the entire unit. Possibility of assembling the dosing system according to custom requirements. Ideal for installation on single-screw or double-screw extruders. The loss-in-weight system can display the recipe and actual consumptions at any time. Magnetic grids on the outlet of each individual station. Profibus or Profinet interface.
