The new low-speed granulator series G is ideal for injection and blow moulding. There are three available models, with a rotor diameter of 200mm and blade lengths of 150-300-450mm. The soundproof hopper and the use of suitable protections make it possible to use this machine in complete safety. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: High quality steel rotor Fixed and mobile blades with scissor action High-performance motors and belt transmission which allow large productions at a low number of revolutions and with limited power. The regrind is extracted by means of a pneumatic feeder or an extraction screw with collection tank. THE ADDED VALUE: QUALITY Regrind is generated with minimum dust production. LOW NOISE A solid rotor and soundproofed hopper ensure noise levels under 80dB(A) EASY ACCESS Tool-free access to the cutting chamber and quick tilting of the hopper with a damped system make it possible to clean the granulators in a few minutes. SAFETY Operator safety in guaranteed in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 12100 and 13849 standards.
